the staff showed really good customer service. my beautiful premium double or twin room had nice wide windows with automatic shades. i loved the indoor jacuzzi with the city view!!! the steam room was very nice too.
I found the signage from the road to be poor. finding the hotel in the car park was challenging. we received a room with two single beds joined. It was not ideal.

The hotel connects directly to both the BTS and a shopping mall. This made getting around and finding places to eat very simple. My room had a dining area, which I found useful. The complimentary mini bar was restocked daily too!
My room keys stopped working a couple of times. I had to go back to reception to get them reset. I could not find the light switches for the corridor! I slept with a bright light for several nights. The beds felt too soft for me.

The hotel room had a washing machine, microwave oven, and a big fridge. a cutlery set was also available. the hotel connects directly to terminal 21 shopping mall. This offers very convenient access to both shopping and food options.
The jacuzzi was a little too hot. Though i still enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms.

uneven experience in central location

i was a bit let down by the room i received. The bathroom ceiling had signs of leaking and that was not pleasant. i even had to change rooms TWICE, a real waste of time. it was difficult to feel relaxed knowing there were issues with the plumbing.
